Denmark turned off the analogue television broadcasting on 31 December. October 2009 and simultaneously opened a new digital antenna television network – what is called "the terrestrial digital Sendenet" or "Digital terrestrial Television" – DTT. It gives a lot more TV channels "in the air" – but frankly – was that? What other options are the digitisation of radio waves – and what does it mean for the individual and for society that "television" has now become digital "?
