The company for the propagation of the naturalist ("we"/"US") processes your personal data in connection with the website and shipping of "Kvant – Journal of Physics and Astronomy. We attach great importance to the protection of personal data. Personal data is information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

We collect your personal data as visitors to the website when you buy something in our webshop or when you register as a member of the Society for the Dissemination of Natural Science.

In order for the company to be able to provide you with newsletter and dispatch of the "KVANT – Physics and Astronomy magazine", you must sign up by completing the registration form on our website. You can also receive "KVANT – Physics and Astronomy magazine" through one of our partners (astronomic company, Danish physic company, or Danish geophysics Company) by registering directly to them.

The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about:

(i) how we collect and process the personal data that you submit to us or that will be collected by you access or make use of our website, and

(ii) Your rights, how you can exercise these and what we have done to ensure that you can exercise your rights.

3.1 How we collect personal data

We collect personal data in a number of different ways:


3.1.1 Registration information you provide to us. 

Some of our services require you to create a membership. If you choose to create a membership by filling out the registration form, you will be asked to provide contact information and other personal data (your title, first name, surname, zip code, email address, phone number and other information necessary for our delivery of QUNT – Physics and Astronomy Magazine). If you choose to buy something in our webshop, your information will NOT be passed on to QUNT.

3.1.2 Registration information We share with third parties. 

Shipping of KVANT – the magazine for physics and astronomy requires us to share your shipping information with Danish physical company, astronomic company and Danish Geophysical Association. If you choose to create a membership with us, your information (including first name, surname, address and email address) may be provided. Be forwarded to one or more of the third parties listed above. In the additional privacy policy of third parties, you may also apply for the processing of your personal data.  

3.1.3 Registration information that you give social media allowed to share with us. 

If you choose to create an account with us through your social media account (e.g. Facebook or Google +), the relevant social media, after receiving your consent, will disclose your personal data to us (including first name, surname, username, profile picture, e-mail address, gender, date of birth, education, school, Location), information about your residence address (country, city, address, postcode, telephone number), your "likes" (e.g. pages, favorite movies, favorite music, favorite TV shows), your posts, your friends list and other information that may be Publicly available.


3.1.3 Personal data that we collect as a result of your use of our services.

We will endeavour to respond to your request within one month of receipt of your request, but reserve the right to extend this period by two months. We will then, within one month of receipt of your request, announce whether we have decided to extend the period.


6.1. What you can request
